If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Winchester.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Winchester we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
