If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Winchester.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Winchester we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
