If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Shenandoah County.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
