We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Shenandoah County.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah County we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
