We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Shenandoah County.
The property manager will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah County we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
