If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Shenandoah County.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
