If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Shenandoah County.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
