We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Shenandoah County.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
