The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property.
