If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Arlington.
The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Arlington we can help determine the retail value of your property.
