We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Arlington.
The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Arlington we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
