If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Alexandria.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Alexandria we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
