If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Alexandria.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Alexandria we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
