During the lease term in Alexandria

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Alexandria, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some valid reasons to access rental are to:

- Perform maintenance or improvements,
- Provide required services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Alexandria. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
