During the lease term in Rockingham County

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental in Rockingham County, the renter must allow us to come into the rental home. Some valid reasons to access rental are to:

- Make repairs or decorate,
- Supply necessary services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Rockingham County. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
