If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Rockingham County.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Rockingham County we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
