We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Rockingham County.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Rockingham County we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
