If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Rockingham County.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Rockingham County we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
