If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Rockingham County.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Rockingham County we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
