If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Rockingham County.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Rockingham County we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
