If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Rockingham County.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Rockingham County we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
