If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Rockingham County.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Rockingham County we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
