If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Rockingham County.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Rockingham County we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
