If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Winchester.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Winchester we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
