We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Winchester.
The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Winchester we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
