If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Winchester.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Winchester we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
