If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Winchester.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Winchester we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
