If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Shenandoah County.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can help determine the retail value of your property.
