If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Shenandoah County.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Shenandoah County we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
