If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Shenandoah County.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
