If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Shenandoah County.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
