If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Shenandoah County.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
