Nesbitt Realty has experience with unreasonable tenants because we've inherited difficulties from landlords who found their own renters, or from landlords who have brought us tenants from other property management companies.

If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Shenandoah County.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Shenandoah County we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
