If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Rockingham County.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Rockingham County we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
