If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Rockingham County.
The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Rockingham County we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment.
