If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Rockingham County.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Rockingham County we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
