If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Rockingham County.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Rockingham County we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
