We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Arlington.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Arlington we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
