If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Alexandria.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Alexandria we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
