Do you need a tenant for a rental in Alexandria?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to great property management is great tenants. Nesbitt Realty very rarely has difficulties with renters that we find.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with difficult renters because we've inherited problems from real estate investors who selected their own renters, or from owners who have brought us renters from other property management companies.
The key to leasing to a good renter is starting with an understanding of the criteria that describes the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Alexandria.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Alexandria we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
