If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Page County.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Page County we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
