If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Page County.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Page County we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
