We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Page County.
The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Page County we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
