We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Page County.
The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Page County we will help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
