If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Page County.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Page County we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
