If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Page County.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Page County we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
