If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Manassas Park.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Manassas Park we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
