If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Manassas Park.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property.
