If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Manassas Park.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Manassas Park we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
