If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Manassas Park.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Manassas Park we can nail down the market value of your property.
