If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Manassas.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Manassas we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
