If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Manassas.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Manassas we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
