If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Manassas.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Manassas we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
