We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Frederick County.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Frederick County we can nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
