If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Frederick County.
The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Frederick County we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
