If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Frederick County.
The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Frederick County we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
