We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Frederick County.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Frederick County we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
