If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Frederick County.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Frederick County we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
