We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Fairfax.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfax we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
