If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Warren County.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Warren County we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
