If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Warren County.
The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Warren County we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
