Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Warren County.
The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Warren County we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment.
