If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Warren County.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Warren County we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
