We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Warren County.
The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Warren County we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
