We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property.
