If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Warren County.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Warren County we will help determine the actual value of your rental.
