We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Warren County.
The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Warren County we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
