If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Page County.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Page County we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
