We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to good property management is great tenants. Nesbitt Realty very rarely has problems with tenants that we identify.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Page County.
The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Page County we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
