We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment.
