If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Manassas Park.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Manassas Park we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
