If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Manassas Park.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Manassas Park we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
