If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Manassas Park.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Manassas Park we will best know the retail value of your property.
