If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Harrisonburg.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Harrisonburg we can help determine the actual value of your home.
