Do you need a tenant for a rental in Harrisonburg?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to good rental property management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty seldom has problems with renters that we identify.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with unreasonable renters because we've inherited difficulties from real estate investors who selected their own tenants, or from real estate investors who have brought us tenants from other property managers.
The key to discovering a good tenant is starting with an understanding of the criteria that describes the right
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Harrisonburg.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Harrisonburg we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
