If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property.
