If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Harrisonburg.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Harrisonburg we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
