If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Harrisonburg.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Harrisonburg we will best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
