We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Frederick County.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Frederick County we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
