If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Frederick County.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Frederick County we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
