If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Frederick County.
The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Frederick County we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
