If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Falls Church.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Falls Church we can best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
