We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Falls Church.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Falls Church we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
