If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Falls Church.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Falls Church we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
