If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fairfax County.
The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfax County we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
