If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Fairfax County.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Fairfax County we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
