If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Fairfax County.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Fairfax County we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
