We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.

If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Fairfax County.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfax County we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
