If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Fairfax County.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Fairfax County we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
