We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Fairfax County.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Fairfax County we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
