If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fairfax County.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Fairfax County we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
