We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Fairfax.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairfax we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
