If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Fairfax.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Fairfax we will nail down the retail value of your real estate investment.
