If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Strasburg.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Strasburg we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
