We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Prince William County.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home.
