We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Prince William County.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Prince William County we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
