If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Prince William County.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Prince William County we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
