If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Prince William County.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Prince William County we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
