If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Springfield.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Springfield we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
