If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Springfield.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Springfield we can nail down the retail value of your property.
