We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Springfield.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Springfield we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
