If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Ballston.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Ballston we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
