During the lease term in Rosslyn
During lease, the rental home belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Rosslyn, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental home. Some good reasons to go into rental are to:
- Inspect the rental property,
- Perform maintenance or upgrades,
- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Rosslyn. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
