If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Rosslyn.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Rosslyn we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
