During the lease term in Ballston

During lease, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Ballston, the renter must allow us to access the rental property. Some solid reasons to come into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or alterations,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent prior to entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Ballston. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
