If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Strasburg.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Strasburg we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
