We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Strasburg.
The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Strasburg we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
