We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Broadway.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Broadway we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
