We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Broadway.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Broadway we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
