If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Broadway.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Broadway we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
