If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Broadway.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property.
