If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Rappahannock County.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Rappahannock County we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
