If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Rappahannock County.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Rappahannock County we will best know the retail value of your rental.
