If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Rappahannock County.
The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Rappahannock County we can help determine the market value of your home.
