If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Rappahannock County.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Rappahannock County we can help determine the actual value of your home.
