If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Rappahannock County.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Rappahannock County we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
