If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Rappahannock County.
The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Rappahannock County we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment.
