If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Rappahannock County.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Rappahannock County we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
