If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Rappahannock County.
The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Rappahannock County we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
