If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Rappahannock County.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Rappahannock County we will help determine the actual value of your rental.
