We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Rappahannock County.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home.
