If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Rappahannock County.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Rappahannock County we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
