If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Rappahannock County.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Rappahannock County we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
