If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Prince William County.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Prince William County we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
