We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Springfield.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Springfield we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
