If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Springfield.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Springfield we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
