If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Rosslyn.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Rosslyn we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
