If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Rosslyn.
The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Rosslyn we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment.
