If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Rosslyn.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Rosslyn we can best know the actual value of your home.
