Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Ballston.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental.
