During the lease term in Rappahannock County

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Rappahannock County, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some valid reasons to access rental home are to:

- Perform maintenance or upgrades,
- Supply necessary services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Rappahannock County. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
