During the lease term in Rappahannock County

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Rappahannock County, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental home. Some solid reasons to come into rental are to:

- Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Rappahannock County. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
