During the lease term in Springfield

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Springfield, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some solid reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades,
  • Supply necessary services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Springfield. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
