The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment.
