We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
