Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Dale City.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Dale City we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
