If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Dale City.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Dale City we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
