If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Dale City.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Dale City we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
