If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in White Post.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in White Post we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
