If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in White Post.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in White Post we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
