If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in White Post.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in White Post we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
