If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Riverton.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Riverton we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
