If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Riverton.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Riverton we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
