If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Riverton.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Riverton we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
