If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Riverton.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Riverton we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
