If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Riverton.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Riverton we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
