If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Riverton.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Riverton we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
