If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Riverton.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Riverton we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
