If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Riverton.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Riverton we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
