If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Riverton.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Riverton we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
