If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Browntown.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Browntown we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
