If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Browntown.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Browntown we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
