If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Browntown.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Browntown we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
