If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Browntown.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Browntown we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
