If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Browntown.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Browntown we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
