If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Browntown.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Browntown we will best know the market value of your property.
