If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Browntown.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Browntown we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
